Set up mAirListDB with SQLite (local mode)

Article is work in progress.

Summary:

1. Open mAirList configuration.
2. Go to Databases.
3. Click Add, then select mAirListDB (local mode, SQLite)
4. In the dialog that appears, click Create new database file.
5. Select file location.
6. Close and save.
